This year's edition took place on 4-5 June 2025 under the slogan "Communication systems in the aspect of building the state's resilience" and gathered representatives of state institutions, uniformed services, scientific communities as well as experts and practitioners from the communications and IT industry. During the conference, presentations, speeches and discussions focused on system interoperability, digitization, cybersecurity and reliable communication in crisis situations.
In this respect, our Multilevel Crisis Management System JASMINE (hereinafter referred to as CMS JASMINE) has been in the spotlight, as it has been and is being successfully used in many projects of state and local government services as well as scientific and educational centres of the Polish Army, Fire Service and Police. This extensive solution was recently used in Operation FENIKS, conducted in flood areas in southern Poland. CMS JASMINE enables: ongoing effective command/control of crisis structures and support for their activities as well as effective use of equipment and material resources by creating a digital, integrated image of the crisis situation. In this process, it is effectively supported by the Communication Integrator, also presented at the conference, which enables seamless communication between various services participating in such actions – even when using different equipment and frequency bands.
In the context of ensuring mobility on the modern battlefield (not only the above-mentioned interoperability, digitization, cybersecurity and reliable communication), the latest version of our BMS JASMINE (Battlefield Management System for Battalion, Company, Platoon & Section) also enjoyed great interest, as it was the only Polish system to have successfully passed checks/tests conducted by the Ministry of National Defense dozens of times and during many allied exercises, e.g. CWIX (formerly CWID) and Combined Endeavor. This solution is equipped with a modern and maximally miniaturized VIS JASMINE intercom, designed for various types of vehicles (including combat vehicles), which allows for efficient and safe transmission of information during military and training operations.
