2008.10 - 2009.02

 

From October 2008 to February 2009 we provided technical support for next undertakings realized with the participation of Polish Armed Forces. The most important were:

 

• battle camp training in Drawsko Pomorskie (1st–4th Dec 2008) where Command Support System C3IS JASMINE underwent functional tests in scope of displaying real-time tactical situation using various communication means (mainly VHF/HF and personal radios);

• training for the members of Mobile Command Systems Support Centre in scope of use and management C3IS JASMINE System (15th–16th Jan 2009);

• planning conference in Istanbul (20th–24th Oct 2008) and Tallin (20th–30th Jan 2009) concerning exercises planned for 2009: Combined Endeavor and NATO CWID. During the conferences, assumed goals were set forth and presented, which include:
  

  • testing of C3IS JASMINE in LFG scenario (Land Focus Group) on the level of brigade,

  • implementation of HUB NFFI of C3IS JASMINE in LFG scenario,

  • services compliant with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) norms,

  • ocarrying out specification tests SIP3 v.1.0 and SIP3+, as well as experimental tests concerning MIP Baseline 3 standard by using software modules of C3IS JASMINE System.

   

Moreover, during the conference in Tallin, Polish delegation was registered as the provider and client of services in Battlefield Directory category (with the product "TELDAT Battlefield Directory" of JASMINE System, compliant with TACOMS Post 2000 norms).

• tests of interoperability between C3IS JASMINE and SZAFRAN (16th–20th Feb 2009), mainly in scope of exchange of operational data and visualization of battlefield within MIP DEM Baseline 2 standard, which were successfully carried out in Mobile Command Systems Support Centre in Warsaw.
